Fairport, NY is the headquarters for the Radionix LLC sales organization in the United States and serves as the primary site for research and development, engineering, quality and product management for intrusion detection systems, including state-of-the-art sensors, control panels, communicators and more.

Job Description

In this position, you will support the Chief Product Officer within the Radionix Access and Intrusion Business to establish strategy, align the organization and deliver a global product roadmap. You will collaborate with industry partners and our product teams.

This Radionix portfolio includes advanced control panels that integrate intrusion, fire, and access control and allow users to interface with one system instead of three. This establishes a strong foundation for engaging with industry partners across the Security and Building Technologies spectrum. This role contributes to business strategy by defining market segments where Radionix has the right to play and outlines supporting plans for how to win with industry partners.

The Senior Product Manager works with product development teams, marketing, sales and partners to achieve cohesive, integrated solutions for our customers and end users. Key areas include:

  • Product roadmaps that reflect Radionix strategic plan.
  • Organize, launch and track product development projects.
  • Drive product launch readiness with downstream partners, internal and external.
  • ·Portfolio lifecycle management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Product management experience min 3yrs preferred,
  • Excellent communicator; demonstrates listening skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing portfolio within regulated industry, e.g. Security Products industry
  • A technical understanding of Intrusion Control Panels, their attached devices and the software that defines this ecosystem.
  • Technical undergraduate degree preferred
  • Experienced in presenting to customers and all levels of management.
  • Experienced in product management process including market segmentation, customer engagement and defining requirements
  • Willingness to travel, 25%.
  • Ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working in a growth environment demonstrating ownership, influence and team leadership skills

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this role is from $150,000-$185,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
