What You'll Do
You'll be the driving force behind brand strategy and execution, connecting global vision with market impact. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies aligned to regional and global objectives.
  • Translate brand positioning, campaign goals, and product strategies into compelling creative direction.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to Global Brand standards and brand voice, while localizing for maximum effectiveness.
  • Champion brand consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints Integrated Campaign Development.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, print, eCommerce, and experiential channels.
  • Partner with global, digital marketing, sales, product, media and agency teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Oversee development of messaging, copy, and visual assets that differentiate the brand in the US market.
  • Support photoshoot planning, creative direction, and post-production review.
  • Lead, develop, and coach creative team members to deliver high-quality work.
  • Set clear expectations, provide continuous feedback, and manage performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top creative talent.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI; provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for category performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, priorities, and budgets
  • Review creative output for quality, accuracy, and performance effectiveness
  • Research industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions
  • Estimate project scope and manage resources in alignment with approved budgets
  • Manager-level role with strategic and people leadership responsibilities
  • Leads brand and campaign direction within defined business objectives
  • Influences cross-functional partners and external agencies
  • Balances creative vision with commercial, global and operational priorities.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, leadership, or creative roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, creative development, and 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and project scope
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
