The role uses learner feedback, engagement data, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve content quality, accessibility, and the learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve learning experiences and content that support leadership capability, manager effectiveness, employee development, and priority workforce skills.
  • Contribute to blended learning journeys by developing instructor-led, digital, experiential, and self-directed learning components based on defined objectives and audience needs.
  • Create practical learning and performance-support resources, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, toolkits, manager resources, FAQs, templates, example libraries, and microlearning.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management colleagues, subject matter experts and external partners to develop, test, and deliver learning solutions within established program strategies and standards.
  • Curate and adapt internal and external learning content for specific audiences, using learning technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
  • Incorporate practice, reflection, coaching, peer learning, manager involvement, and reinforcement into learning experiences to support skill development and application.
  • Develop learning, communication, and enablement materials that support employee and leader adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Coordinate learning deliverables, timelines, stakeholder input, and vendor activities for assigned initiatives.
  • Maintain learning content and knowledge resources to ensure accuracy, relevance, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Gather and analyze learner feedback, participation data, and available performance indicators to identify and implement improvements to content and delivery.

Qualifications
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, talent development, leadership development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. A degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience developing blended learning experiences that incorporate instructor-led, digital, experiential, and self-directed approaches.
  • Experience supporting leadership development, manager development, employee learning, or capability-building programs.
  • Ability to translate defined business and learning needs into engaging content and practical performance-support resources.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles, learning experience design, facilitation, and behavior-change practices.
