What You'll Do
  • Strategic Partnership: Liaise directly with business leaders to conduct needs analyses, identifying skill gaps and future capability requirements to design and implement learning strategies that align with our business priorities.
  • Innovative Program Design: Think big and creatively to design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions. This includes writing engaging content and leveraging AI thoughtfully to create personalized and impactful learning experiences.
  • Technology-Driven Execution: Harness technology for speed and efficiency, using AI partners like JLL GPT and Claude to innovate and accelerate content creation and program management.
  • Flawless Delivery: Take ownership of the entire program lifecycle, from organization and promotion to best-in-class facilitation and measurement. You will be empowered to execute your own plans and deliver programs that resonate with our team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embody a curious and future-ready mindset, constantly learning and growing to ensure our L&D initiatives are at the cutting edge of the industry.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Proven L&D Experience: Whether your background is in training, instructional design, or as a content subject matter expert, you have a solid foundation in the principles of adult learning and development.
  • AI & Technology Acumen: You possess a strong curiosity and demonstrated experience with AI tools like JLL GPT and Claude. You are proficient in leveraging technology for efficiency, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Certinia, Ingenious, MS Products, and various LMS systems. Experience with learning design tools like Adobe or Pendo is a significant plus.

Estimated compensation for this position:
90,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
