In this role, you will connect business outcomes to capability development and deployment to drive a high-performance workforce. You will be responsible for the development, management, and delivery of learning programs by providing talent development expertise. You will unleash future capability, leadership and functional potential to enable our talent strategies and practices.What You'll Do
  • Build strategic partnerships across People & Culture, brand and functions to develop and execute high impact talent strategies

  • Provide strategic direction and cohesive design innovation for learning solutions and development programs across functions and brands. Ensure learning solutions are fully integrated into overall talent strategy and practices that enable the talent of this organization to reach their full potential.

  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and development programs, seeking to improve through research of market trends and best practices.

  • Analyze learning solutions and development programs for effectiveness and readiness for business to drive improvements and align key business needs using key data analytics and qualitative metrics.

  • Manage project and program implementation creating a seamless, transparent employee experience

  • Designs and updates learning solutions using a standard solution development life cycle to aid in employee growth

  • Provide delivery perspective (SME, delivery vehicle, piloting) to program/curriculum owners during conception, design and development of curriculum

Who You Are
  • Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across the company, understand the business needs and deliver results

  • Create with audacity, using your technical experience in adult learning theory and/or instructional design and leadership and functional development

  • Solid facilitation and coaching acumen, with strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and knowledge with e learning tools such as Articulate is a plus and working design knowledge of SharePoint

  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
