The Detox Center operates with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, utilizing a client-centered model. We provide the necessary technology and resources to facilitate effective counseling remotely, bridging the gap between traditional in-person therapy and modern practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' substance use and mental health needs in the outpatient setting.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into consideration the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients across various age groups.
• Manage a caseload effectively, including scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
• Document all counseling sessions and client interactions in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and support staff to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and participate in team meetings to better serve our client population.

The primary focus of this role will be on youth and adult clients, as well as families who have been referred to our outpatient services for substance use and mental health counseling. Our team is committed to fostering an environment of trust and support, ensuring that clients feel heard and respected during their recovery journey. Your role as an LCSW will be vital in promoting overall mental wellness, coping strategies, and resilience among clients facing addiction-related challenges.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a human services or behavioral healthcare field is required.
• Valid LCSW license with at least two years of relevant full-time experience in addiction treatment, mental health, or adolescent therapy.
• Proven ability to conduct independent therapy sessions and provide case management services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Experience working with couples would be highly regarded, enhancing your ability to address relational dynamics in therapy.
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for assessing and managing various clinical presentations will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team!
