Work Environment

This remote position allows for a flexible work environment, ensuring that you can manage your work-life balance effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' substance use and mental health needs in the outpatient setting.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into consideration the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
  • Provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients across various age groups.
  • Manage a caseload effectively, including scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Document all counseling sessions and client interactions in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and support staff to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and participate in team meetings to better serve our client population.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on youth and adult clients, as well as families who have been referred to our outpatient services for substance use and mental health counseling.
