The Global Real Estate Operations Analyst supports lease administration, financial analysis, and operational processes across a global real estate portfolio of more than 2,300 locations. Working closely with Regional Portfolio Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps maintain accurate portfolio data, supports real estate transactions, and contributes to process improvement initiatives that enable effective portfolio management and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support global lease administration processes and help maintain data quality, reporting, and compliance standards
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of lease data, critical dates, financial obligations, and compliance requirements
  • Support the implementation of consistent lease administration practices and documentation standards across regions, driving consistency and best practices
  • Partner with legal, finance, and regional teams to manage lease obligations, renewals, and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders to support lease administration activities
  • Conduct financial analysis and support underwriting activities for real estate transactions, including leases, renewals, and dispositions
  • Own and manage standardized financial models to evaluate site selection, lease vs. buy decisions, and portfolio optimization strategies
  • Analyze cost structures, market data, and financial risks associated with real estate transactions and business cases
  • Support executive-level reporting and business case development for large transactions
  • Act as a key support role to Regional Portfolio Management teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Align global standards with regional execution needs
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Portfolio Planning & Analytics teams to integrate financial and operational insights
  • Enhance and maintain real estate systems (e.g., lease management platforms, financial modeling tools)
  • Identify opportunities to improve data integrity, automation, and reporting capabilities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., lease accounting such as ASC 842 / IFRS 16)
  • Maintain audit-ready processes and documentation for lease and transaction activities
  • Assist in maintaining controls and documentation that support compliance and risk management requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business, corporate real estate, or other business support functions
  • Experience supporting financial analysis, lease administration, business operations, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience managing global projects preferred
Skills & Competencies
  • Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Working knowledge of real estate transactions, lease structures, and portfolio management concepts
  • Ability to manage outsourced third-party services providers and drive accountability to service levels and key performance indicators
  • Strong knowledge of lease administration systems and processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, global organization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external service providers
  • High attention to detail and analytical rigor
Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $93,000.00-$115,000.00. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
