Job description

Role Description
Oversees highly complex or strategically significant client relationships and delivers high-touch, advisory service. This role leads complex engagements and may mentor staff or support market-level initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
  • Manages dedicated Book of Business: high-revenue, high-complexity or strategically significant book, often including more complex funding models (e.g., self-funded, custom-designed plans) and key accounts with high-touch, high-frequency service needs.
  • Drives expert client lifecycle management, including escalated issue resolution and strategic advisory support.
  • Collaborates with Producers and internal partners on prospect support and service optimization.
  • Leads complex renewals, funding strategies, vendor negotiations, and long-term lifecycle planning for key accounts.
  • Contributes to workload evaluation and engagement in process improvement.
  • Coaches and mentors Client Managers and support staff.
