- Proven experience as a Kafka Administrator or in a similar role managing Kafka clusters in production.
- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka architecture and its components like brokers, topics, partitions, and consumers.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka tools such as Kafka Manager, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Streams.
- Experience in managing, tuning, and scaling large Kafka clusters in production environments.
- Expertise in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Experience with distributed systems and networking.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
