Assistant General Manager — Fort Lauderdale, FL

The Manager's Table | Hospitality Leadership Recruitment


We are actively sourcing an experienced Assistant General Manager for a restaurant concept in the Fort Lauderdale area on behalf of one of our hospitality partners.


The Manager's Table is a South Florida hospitality leadership pipeline connecting top-tier operators with growing restaurant groups and concepts.


The Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position supporting daily operations, team development, and guest experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment. The right candidate leads from the floor, holds the team accountable, and is ready to grow into a GM role.


What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of AGM or senior floor management experience in full-service, upscale casual, or high-volume dining

• Strong FOH leadership and hospitality instincts

• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and P&L awareness

• A culture-builder who leads by example

• South Florida market experience preferred
