Job Overview

As the Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role with strategic architectural decisions and help us develop scalable and extensible solutions, evaluate new technologies and tools. Analyze current IT landscape and create strategic future roadmap for applications. Develop standards and processes for managing Enterprise's IT portfolio in the era of AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain future strategic enterprise roadmaps and blueprints for application landscape.
  • Evaluate new Technology and suitable tools and recommend for the Enterprise.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Taking responsibility for strategic architectural decisions and helping us develop scalable and extensible solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
  • Establish and enforce governance processes for technology and solutions.
  • Execute digital modernization efforts, including API delivery, middle-ware migration to cloud platforms, and the integration of AI/ML capabilities 

    or smarter, adaptive, and more automated workflows.

  • Create automation frameworks to produce scalable, repeatable solutions that accelerate software development cycle.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud integration, generative AI, and intelligent automation, and apply innovative solutions to enhance integration efficiency and platform capabilities.
  • Guide the teams in evaluating, delivering from PoC to implementation, and monitoring using enterprise AI principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.

Experience & Skills

  • 10 years of technical solutions experience including 3 years of relevant Enterprise Architecture role including areas of data, integration, Cloud, architecture frameworks, and infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
  • Strong background in systems engineering,  enterprise solutions and stakeholder management
  • Deep familiarity with IT environment, networks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data architecture, Service oriented Architecture and IT solution development.
  • Track record of building prototypes, leading technical initiatives and new tool evaluations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with various languages/frameworks (e.g Java, React, Angular, Spring boot)
  • Experience with AI tools, libraries, or services (e.g., OpenAI APIs, AWS AI/ML services, Azure AI, Google AI)
  • AI practitioner or associate certifications will be a plus
