Doorkeeper Real Estate Management is seeking dependable and motivated Janitorial Team Members to join our growing team. We provide cleaning and property maintenance services for a variety of properties throughout the City and County of Denver, including multi-family apartment communities, office spaces, common areas, warehouses, and industrial properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General janitorial and cleaning duties
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Sanitizing restrooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Trash removal and restocking supplies
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple properties
  • Following safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Must own a reliable vehicle for travel between job sites during shifts
