The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, experience working with hardware and software vendors, and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of end-user technology issues.

The candidate should be comfortable using a variety of support tools and methods, including telephone, email, knowledge bases, and ticketing systems. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, as the position involves providing in-person technical assistance, user support, and training. The ability to create clear and effective end-user documentation is also important. While infrequent, the position may require occasional work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
