Job description

Purpose Driven Wealth is seeking an Investment Operations Coordinator with a trading focus to support advisor-directed trading, portfolio implementation, client money movement, and investment operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound investment knowledge, and the ability to execute requests accurately across multiple systems and account types. The Investment Operations Coordinator reports to and is employed by Purpose Driven Wealth.
This role is full-time and fully in-office out of Loveland, CO.
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $60K to $80K based on licensing and experience. Bonus opportunities available.
Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid time off plus 12 paid holidays.
Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Execute advisor-directed trades, account rebalances, cash deployment, new account investments, Roth conversions, and internal money movements across qualified and non-qualified accounts.
  • Support tax-aware trading, capital gains management, restricted positions, household allocation alignment, and income-based strategies.
  • Establish and maintain systematic withdrawals, periodic investment plans, and other recurring account activity.
  • Maintain Excel-based team resources and support investment analysis, client review preparation, and other operational needs.
  • Communicate with Thrivent advisors and internal partners to ensure requests are executed accurately and timely.
  • Note CAN NOT be listed as the servicing representative AND need to note their FA is selling agent within the rep questionnaire.

Position Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in trading, investment operations, portfolio administration, or wealth management.
  • Must be securities registered (i.e. 7 & 66 or 6 & 63).
  • Must be securities registered in all states in which the candidate would be doing support work for Purpose Driven Wealth
  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Morningstar Direct, Envestnet, and Wealthscape
  • Strong understanding of equities, ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, and qualified/non-qualified accounts.
  • VBA experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information

External/Internal Dependencies
  • Must be able to work with all roles of the Purpose Driven Wealth.
  • Must be able to represent the organization in work with external clients
  • Must be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations

As part of Purpose Driven Wealth's recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the process.
