What You will Do:

  • Manage inventory transactions through total completion
  • Ensure that orders are picked and shipped promptly to meet customer requirements
  • Work with Quality on Non-Conforming Material requests
  • Detect and correct inventory and shipping errors
  • Identifying orders that cannot be processed and developing solutions to enable their processing. Track of expired materials (shelf-life items) via spread sheet or other system
  • Work slow move no move inventory actions and support engineering charge offs
  • Supporting both the military and commercial shipping lines

What You Will Bring:

  • Associates degree with 1-2 years' inventory experience preferred
  • HS degree with 3-6 years' inventory experience
  • Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills
  • Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

Pay Range: $24/hour to $27/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements:

This role is considered 100% on-site position in Rockford, ILL


  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: No travel required

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
