Job Description

The Inventory Management Specialist oversees daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient logistics, and smooth supply chain activities. This role focuses on managing warehouse inventory, performing data entry in computer systems, and coordinating shipping and receiving processes to support reliable product availability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day inventory operations to maintain accurate stock levels across the warehouse.
  • Coordinate logistics activities related to inventory movement, including shipping and receiving.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in computer systems with precise and timely data entry.
  • Monitor inventory flow to support supply chain efficiency and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Assist with organizing and arranging warehouse inventory to support efficient picking, storage, and replenishment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
  • Investigate and help resolve inventory issues such as missing, damaged, or miscounted items.
