Site Logistics / Rigging SpecialistAbout Marketech International Corporation USA

Marketech International Corp. USA provides an extensive service network supporting the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and high-tech industries. Our business scope includes CMP, photomask, wafer and mask inspection, consumable spare parts, SOI wafers, LCD process equipment and materials, outsourcing services in tool manufacturing, cleanroom and MEP turnkey projects, DI water systems, gas and chemical supply systems, water treatment solutions, and facility monitoring and control systems.

Position Summary

The Site Logistics / Rigging Specialist is responsible for supporting daily site logistics, material handling, rigging activities, and laydown yard operations on active construction and industrial project sites. This role coordinates deliveries, equipment movement, material staging, and workforce support to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site requirements.

The successful candidate will be hands-on in the field, assisting with material loading and unloading, equipment movement, inventory tracking, media loading, general labor activities, and logistics coordination while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily site logistics and material movement activities.
  • Coordinate deliveries, staging, and distribution of materials throughout the project site.
  • Perform loading, unloading, handling, and transportation of equipment and materials.
  • Assist with rigging operations and material placement activities.
  • Maintain laydown yards and logistics areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Track materials, inventory, and logistics records to support project requirements.
  • Operate and support material handling equipment as qualified.
  • Ensure logistics equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with project management, field supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Follow established safety procedures and ensure compliance with all site requirements.
  • Participate in workforce coordination and daily operational planning.
  • Support media loading and other project-related general labor activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, workflow efficiency, and site organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in site logistics, construction, rigging, warehouse operations, material handling, or related industrial environments preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of rigging principles and safe material handling practices.
  • Ability to safely handle, move, and stage construction materials and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced jobsite setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift certification.
  • Rigging experience in construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction or facility projects.
  • Familiarity with inventory control and logistics tracking systems.
  • Understanding of OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work throughout an active construction site.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials safely within company guidelines.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
