About Us:
Founded in 2019, Advanced Eye Care is a patient-centered practice in South Carolina dedicated to providing exceptional vision services with compassion and respect. Our team of six skilled professionals uses modern technology and techniques to specialize in contact lenses, dry eye management, and aesthetic treatments, offering comprehensive exams, medical optometry, management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye conditions, as well as myopia control programs. We pride ourselves on personalized care, ensuring each patient feels valued and supported throughout their journey to optimal eye health, while fostering a professional environment where excellence and growth remain at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do:
As our newest Associate Optometrist at Advanced Eye Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality vision care, seeing 18-25 patients daily according to your schedule and services provided, with flexible full-time or part-time options ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week. We are seeking a motivated, growth-minded professional who holds a Doctor of Optometry degree and possesses or is willing to obtain a valid South Carolina license, demonstrating strong clinical skills, a compassionate bedside manner, and sound medical judgment. Efficiency paired with uncompromising quality is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment, foster patient relationships, and pursue leadership and entrepreneurial opportunities within the practice. Preferred qualifications include a passion for medical optometry, experience with dry eye management and specialty contact lenses, and enthusiasm for contributing to the continued growth of our practice. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive eye exams, designing personalized treatment plans, and providing attentive care in a modern setting equipped with advanced technology such as Optos, OCT, TempSure Envi, and Oculus.
