As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and empathetic counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing tools.
• Implementing solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborating on the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique experiences and challenges.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adapting treatment strategies as needed to facilitate effective growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• One of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with no limited or provisional licenses accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a supportive demeanor, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Strong proficiency with technology, including remote counseling platforms and electronic record-keeping systems.

While not mandatory, experience in clinical settings, familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques, and exposure to diverse client populations will be advantageous.
