Help Build the Future of Cardiology in North Atlanta

Cardiology of Atlanta, part of US Heart & Vascular, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Cardiologist with expertise in non-invasive cardiac imaging to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

This is a unique opportunity to join a practice at an exciting stage of growth. Currently comprised of two cardiologists, Cardiology of Atlanta is actively expanding to a four-physician team to meet the growing demand for cardiovascular services throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and North Atlanta communities.

Clinical Opportunity

This full-time position provides both outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care in clinic and hospital settings.

Responsibilities include:

  • General cardiovascular consultations and patient management
  • Interpretation of echocardiography studies
  • Nuclear cardiology imaging
  • Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
  • Vascular imaging and Doppler ultrasound interpretation
  • Cardiac CT interpretation (preferred)
  • Collaboration with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff
  • Development of relationships with referring providers throughout North Atlanta
  • Participation in a shared call schedule

Qualifications

Required

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Georgia

Preferred

  • Expertise in non-invasive cardiac imaging
  • Board Certification in Echocardiography
  • Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology
  • Cardiac CT interpretation experience
