The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Plainwell seeking IT Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and support of factory floor IT systems.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure and network for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of industrial control systems (ICS).
  • Lead the implementation of new manufacturing execution systems (MES).
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize IT solutions for efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing facilities.
