  • EXECUTION: You will be the day-to-day lead on your brands responsible for the successful execution of programs and campaigns including briefing creators and agencies, influencer identification, content approvals and reporting
  • REPORTING: You know how success is measured, and you know how to craft a story about a campaign's success. You're connected to the metrics and measures of influencer marketing and which ones drive results.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • 4-6 years relevant experience working in a strategic capacity in the influencer space
  • Experience or work in a strategy capacity or in a role where you have had to understand brand foundations, and audiences and know to incorporate creators into a larger strategy
  • Experience leading negotiations with all levels of talent from micro to celebrity and have contacts with creators and agents
  • You're culturally connected - with a keen sense of what's going on in online culture.
  • You've led campaigns and have experience across all social platforms and experience with different formats (short form, long form, live-streams, etc..)
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from ideation through reporting
  • Creatively minded and know how to work with creators to craft engaging content that resonates with their audiences

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex situations. You're comfortable creating a brief quickly.
  • Experimentation mindset, embracing new creative technologies, media platforms, and trends.
  • A curiosity and enthusiasm for the unique world of online culture.
  • A mix of unique interests and passions that you can bring to a diverse team.
