As the Repair Station Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our client’s FAA 145 Repair Station. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and applicable FARs, acting as a primary contact for the FAA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee the performance and documentation of inspections and maintenance releases.
  • Supervise and assist technicians, ensuring tasks align with approved data and standards.
  • Coordinate repair station personnel, from hiring and training to performance evaluations.
  • Implement inventory management procedures and oversee material flow with key managers.
  • Maintain facility security and readiness, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate with customers about repair statuses and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a 145 FAA Repair Station or as an A&P mechanic.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in repairing inflight entertainment systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of FARs and proficiency in managing employee operations and interviews.
  • Experience with inventory management and inspection processes.
  • Experience in wireless sales is a plus.
