Summary / Objective
At Bestway our Store Managers play a pivotal role in ourvision to enhance the customers rent to own experience. We expect our StoreManagers to be customer centric individuals that can enthusiastically lead,train, and develop a team in all facets of store operations in order tomaximize revenue and profit growth.
Essential Functions
  • Ensures understanding and compliance to policiesand procedures.
  • Ensure in depth understanding of Sales andCredit Minutes.
  • Be a Bestway brand ambassador who reflects andpromotes Bestway's commitment to have the best products at the best pricesdelivered by the best people in the business.
  • Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm and the ambitionto lead by example in a fast-paced culture.
  • Have resiliency and persistence to lead a teamwhich builds our customer base by prospecting to new and existing customers bytelephone, on the showroom floor and in our trade area.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthlysales and credit goals in a revenue-driven atmosphere with unlimited earningpotential by building long lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Lead a team that enthusiastically greet andassist customers ascertaining their wants and needs while knowledgablyanswering their questions about Bestway's products, programs, and the benefitsof rent to own.
  • Consistently seek and maintain knowledge ofcurrent products, pricing, sales promotions, flyers, policies, and salesprograms.
  • As a brand ambassador always represent yourselfand your company in a professional manner.
  • Protect the assets of the company which include,inventory, customer files, vehicles and cash controls.
  • Maintain the highest quality showroompresentation that creates a customer friendly sales environment.
  • Develop co-workers through company trainingprogram.
  • Complete all other tasks assigned at thediscretion of management.
