Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Liaison Office, United States Pacific
Fleet Command (COMPACFLT), at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience directing comprehensive theater wide maritime logistics operations, institutional policies, and executive management initiatives across complex operational environments.
  • Experience exercising complete oversight of ship operations, commercial capabilities, international maritime law, and specialized ship chartering and contracting.
  • Experience formulating long-range work plans, overseeing program budgets, driving strategic milestones, and securing critical Fleet sponsorship agreements.
  • Experience leading interagency strategic planning, theater mobility assessments, and readiness evaluations across U.S. Navy, United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), and Maritime Administration (MARAD) Ready Reserve Force (RRF) assets.
