Summary:

This role will lead, plan, design, develop, organize, control and supervise all functions of the retail and games departments for the Six Flags theme park property assigned. Drive the P&L of Extra Charge, Games, Rentals and Retail for growth and maximizing profitability. To be successful in this role you will develop and promote an entrepreneurial spirit with your team embracing recommendations targeting increased sales, profits

• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and desire to inspire others.
• Experience supervising large teams and interfacing with all levels of management.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments.
• Budget planning experience and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in management (or related field) or equivalent management experience in retail or theme park industry.
• Minimum 5 years merchandise / retail experience, including supervision
