Job Title: IC - Senior Implementation Consultant for Payment Support Services (PSS)

Department: Global Payroll

Reports To: Director Payment Support Services

Position Summary

ADP Celergo Organization is committed to providing World Class Service to clients by hiring, developing and retaining qualified service professionals; by treating each client contact as a service opportunity and by delivering outstanding customer care to client associates.

The IC is responsible for the end to end delivery of ADP Celergo PSS implementation projects. He/She acts as client point of contact working closely with the Implementation Project Manager for PSS, global partners and In-Country Partners to analyze and implement client's country payments on the ADP Celergo platform in accordance with legislation. The role requires excellent knowledge and experience with technical implementations in ADP Celergo portal, in order to support multi-country payments implementations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

The IC is responsible for the technical set-up of the project in ADP Celergo portal and for resolving client's technical queries related to PSS.

In this respect, he/she must carry out the following actions:

  • Configuration of regulatory settings in the global ADP platform (CGC);
  • Develop, test and optimize the global solution according to the customer's specifications; make sure all the steps are followed in the system to allow correct invoicing process
  • Attend Implementation calls with clients, and support client with any technical question related to PSS;
  • Clearly explain country specific payment issues to clients with the help of the payment partners;
  • Train clients through online demonstrations using our payroll and payments technology;
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfilment regarding client-impacting issues throughout implementation;
  • Relay pertinent payment information to our global partners in a timely manner;
  • Support Implementation Project Manager for PSS until successful project completion.
  • Make sure client respects implementation window as per the contract agreement;
  • Assist with the global implementation process, working closely with Celergo's global partners;
  • Analysis of the client's organization (information channel, interface, etc.);
  • Organize and support meetings with stakeholders as needed to review project status and review issues;
  • Provide action plans and issue resolution, as appropriate;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor;
  • Ability to problem - solve and seek alternative solutions;
  • Travel to client location when required.
