Purpose

The Project Manager, Implementation plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the successful onboarding of new pharmaceutical programs and new services to PANTHERx. This individual will manage detailed project timelines, facilitate cross-functional communication, and support the delivery of high-quality implementation outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
  • Utilizes corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
  • Assists with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures.
  • Maintains detailed project documentation including action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
  • Communicates project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Participate in client and internal stakeholder meetings; document action items and follow-up on next steps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.
  • Monitors the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
  • Creates and communicates project milestone documents, dashboards, and departmental success metrics.
  • Drives initiatives to support program planning improvements based on new implementation learnings.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or technology related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience.
  • Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
  • Proficient with project management tools and MS-Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in or exposure to specialty pharmacy operations.
  • PMP certification.

Work Environment

This position operates in a home or professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
