What You'll Do

As a New Home Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional homebuying experiences while driving community sales and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers visiting our model homes and communities.
  • Build and maintain relationships through networking, Realtor partnerships, referrals, events, and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct professional home and community tours tailored to each buyer's needs.
  • Present the features, benefits, and lifestyle advantages of our homes and communities.
  • Guide buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry through contract and closing.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers during the construction process to ensure a positive experience.Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry education to stay current on market trends and product offerings.
What We're Looking For Qualifications
  • Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
