Senior Enterprise Architect IBM FileNet & ECM - Austin, TX / Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) - 68859
Salary : $150K per year

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive expertise in IBM FileNet Content Manager and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to lead the architecture, development, modernization, and cloud migration of enterprise-scale content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with the IBM FileNet P8 platform, including Content Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, Workplace XT, and IBM Case Manager, along with strong capabilities in workflow automation using FileNet BPM, Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and Business Process Framework (BPF). This role will drive digital transformation initiatives by designing scalable content architectures, metadata models, security frameworks, records management solutions, and enterprise integrations while leveraging technologies such as Java/J2EE, REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, and WebSphere Application Server.

The successful candidate will also lead strategic cloud transformation programs, including migration of FileNet and ECM workloads to AWS and other cloud platforms, while enabling containerized deployments through Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Responsibilities include integrating OCR and capture technologies such as ABBYY, IBM Datacap, and Kofax, exploring Generative AI use cases for intelligent content classification and automation, optimizing system performance, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. With over 10 years of FileNet experience and proven leadership of globally distributed teams, the candidate will provide technical direction, mentor architects and developers, engage directly with clients and executive stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery through strong communication, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
