Leasing Consultant (Sales Focus) | Luxury Apartments | Base + Commission

Location: Newark, DE

Schedule: Full Time | Weekend availability required

You’re ready for your sales skills to pay off and we want to hear from you! We’re seeking adaptable, organized, and confident communicators who enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional service. At ResideBPG, Leasing Consultants play a direct role in driving occupancy across our luxury apartment communities. If you’re someone who builds rapport quickly, follows up consistently, and knows how to move conversations forward, this is an opportunity to turn those skills into real results.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct engaging apartment tours
  • Build relationships with prospects and follow up to guide them through the leasing process
  • Help convert interest into signed leases through strong communication and service
  • Partner with Property Managers to maintain strong occupancy
  • Keep leasing records organized and up to date while applying Federal and State Fair Housing laws
  • Stay informed on local market trends and nearby communities

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel between properties as needed
  • Proven results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Experience & Education

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, sales, retail, leasing, or hospitality
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
