  • Support the development of RF front-end architectures, including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, mixers, frequency converters, synthesizers, PLL circuits, and antenna interfaces.
  • Develop and analyze RF link budgets to evaluate overall system performance.
  • Support component selection, design trade studies, and evaluation of emerging RF technologies.
  • Contribute to RF architecture and design decisions based on system requirements and performance objectives.

Simulation & Analysis

  • Utilize RF design and simulation tools such as Keysight ADS, AWR Microwave Office, HFSS, and/or CST Microwave Studio.
  • Perform RF circuit and system analysis, including harmonic balance and S-parameter simulations.
  • Support electromagnetic simulations and analysis of RF components and designs.
  • Evaluate interference, coexistence, and thermal considerations that may impact RF performance.
  • Apply simulation and analysis results to improve circuit performance and resolve design issues.

Hardware Development

  • Develop RF schematics and provide guidance to PCB layout engineers.
  • Review RF PCB layouts for controlled impedance routing, signal integrity, and overall RF performance.
  • Support board bring-up, prototype testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Develop and execute RF test strategies and validation plans.
  • Work closely with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers to integrate RF solutions into complete products.
  • Independently own assigned RF subsystem design activities and deliverables.
  • Drive assigned product development activities to support successful execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in RF engineering or related hardware development.
  • Experience with RF circuit design and wireless communication systems.
  • Familiarity with RF transceiver and front-end architectures.
  • Experience with RF simulation and analysis tools.
  • Understanding of RF PCB layout, controlled impedance routing, and signal integrity.
  • Experience supporting prototype development, board bring-up, and hardware testing.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
