Join Our Team as a Housekeeper!

24 hours weekly during day shift

Every other weekend requirement

Do you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces that make people feel right at home? Dimensions Living Sheboygan is looking for Housekeepers to help keep our senior living community sparkling and comfortable. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and love making a difference through your work, we want YOU on our team!

At Dimensions Living Sheboygan, we’re all about making lives better—whether it’s for our residents, clients, or the incredible people who work with us (that’s you!). We believe in the power of hospitality, stewardship, integrity, respect, and humor®, and we bring those values to life every single day.

Now, let’s talk about YOU and why you’ll love this role:

What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)

Keep it Clean & Cozy:

  • Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.

  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy, pleasant environment.

  • Manage laundry services—wash, dry, and fold linens and personal clothing with care.

  • Restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized.

Support Resident Well-Being:

  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life.

  • Follow resident schedules and preferences when performing services to promote comfort and satisfaction.

  • Alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards you notice during your rounds.

Be a Team Player:

  • Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs.

  • Step in to assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs a hand.

  • Treat residents and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Love for Clean Spaces)

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred—but not required. We’ll train the right person!

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.

  • Positive attitude and excellent time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift.

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely.

Certifications:

  • Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire.

Perks & Benefits (Because You Deserve It!)

  • Competitive hourly pay & shift differentials

  • Paid time off & flexible scheduling options

  • Health, dental & vision insurance for qualifying team members

  • Ongoing training & career growth opportunities

  • A supportive, mission-driven team that values your impact every day
