- Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team including room attendants, laundry attendants, and housemen.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and proper setup.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations based on occupancy.
- Maintain and manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities. Place timely orders as needed.
- Ensure all rooms meet or exceed Marriott cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Monitor and uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all areas.
- Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
