General Manager Mission:
HOTWORX, a leading fitness studio offering a revolutionary infrared workout experience, is seeking a motivated and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the success of our studio. As the GM, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a motivating and inclusive environment for our members and staff.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HOTWORX Corvallis studio, including meeting sales goals, scheduling, staff management, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere, addressing member inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth, including implementing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting community outreach, and fostering partnerships with local businesses.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of training sales associates
  • Monitor and analyze studio performance, including revenue, attendance, and member retention, and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility by overseeing maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and motivating culture within the studio, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development.
