Job description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations within a hospital inpatient setting. The role focuses on directing pharmacy services, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient medication distribution and compliance with hospital policies.
  • Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve medication management and patient safety.
  • Ensure inventory control and appropriate procurement of medications.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
  • Review and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures for inpatient care.
