Job description

Our well-known client has a very unique opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of Reclaimed Wood Furniture, Home Decor, Antiques & Unique items from culturally diverse locations. This would be extremely attractive to a person who is trying to break into the home furnishings, decor and/or Interior Design industry

This position is full-time, onsite at their showroom, warehouse and distribution center in High Point, NC

Requirements

Baseline Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills and proven customer follow-up interaction
  • An interest in or fondness for the furniture industry and/or design
  • Ability to learn and consistently use a well-known web-based CRM software
  • This person will receive a qualified buyer from the Sales Rep(s) and will be wholly responsible for guiding that buyer to the sales transaction's finish line.
  • This requires open and urgent, ongoing communication to obtain the buyer's final product selection (size, style and color, availability, etc) and final confirmation.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20-30 pounds and comfort working in a warehouse/showroom environment with variable temperatures.
