Job Title : SAP Record-to-Report IT Team Lead
Location : Remote

Duration : 6+ Months W2 Only...
Rate is pretty open but we have to be reasonable, contract to hire after 6 months, let me know what you are finding in the market
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create, lead, and nurture a team of record-to-report technology experts to become an outcomes-focused collaborative team and a trusted business partner of our business process and commercial leaders.
• Accountable for partnering with the business and external parties to differentiate the necessity of business requirements and map them to an integrated set of solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Accountable for developing and designing solutions across the record-to-report process landscape, using an internal team and external resources as needed and striving for commonality in processes when there is limited value in differentiating.
• Responsible for understanding and acting on the integration points of record-to-report with adjacent process areas, such as commercial, supply chain, etc.
• Proactively consult with your business partners on opportunities to create value in the business.
• Own the record-to-report technology strategy for enabling critical capabilities across the global enterprise.
• Understand the Hillrom go-to-market strategies and constantly be at the forefront of understanding how the company is differentiating itself from competitors and how that translates to capabilities required in record-to-report processes.
• Drive curiosity across the team to understand the externalities of technology offerings in the market and how the changing healthcare landscape is driving Hillrom's needs so you can be an influencer to your business counterparts on enabling technologies within record-to-report.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• 12+ years' experience in record-to-report processes, including at least 5 years within life sciences or healthcare, with specific experience in enabling processes with SAP as a technology foundation.
• 8+ years' experience in a leadership role for record-to-report and related teams.
• Multiple years of demonstrated leadership of complex global implementations.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA. Experience with S/4HANA Cloud STE/PCE helpful.
• Experience with ancillary products and integrations that are enablers to record-to-report processes, such as subscription enablement (BRIM), revenue management (ex. Vistex, Model N, etc.), process automation, consolidation, and others.
• Comfortable operating across a matrixed organization (IT and business) to deliver outcomes.
• Strong blend of business process knowledge and functional depth.
• Significant partnership experience with large technology system integrators.
• Curiosity and constant awareness of the latest trends in healthcare that can create opportunities for the company, including e-Commerce, direct-to-consumer models, telehealth, subscription-based healthcare models, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to executive leadership.
• Comfort in challenging your peers and teams in a constructive way to produce the best outcome for Hillrom.
• Experience in agile project delivery methodology
