This is a full-time on site position located in North Las Vegas, NV. This position is eligible for healthcare benefits & 401K match program.

Highlights of what our Operation Admin responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create strong relationships with our customers through communication and service, ensuring they receive quality, timely service on their properties and projects.
  • Daily communication with clients and Account Managers via email
  • Create and send Enhancement and Irrigation proposals to clients
  • Prepare end of month budget reports for Branch Manager
  • Update labor tracker, enhancement calendar and route maintenance schedule
  • Create various service reports and send to clients
  • Follow up with clients regarding pending proposals
  • Assist with updating payroll log, paystub distribution, and scanning employee time sheets

Are you the right fit for this role?

Skills & experience that are necessary as an Operations Admin Assistant will include, but not limited to:

  • 2 years+ of office experience in fast paced environment with strong customer service is required
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish (required) and English and be able to work independently
  • Required to have a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and able to multi-task and work independently
  • Office experience within the landscape or construction industries is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office - Specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
