Job Summary
Have a passion for Golf? X-Golf Bend is looking for part time Bartenders/Facility Supervisors beginning in September. Associates will be responsible for serving food and drinks as well as general oversight of the golf simulators, golf leagues, and overall customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic people to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, golf, and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and quick serve food according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area and kitchen, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handling cash with care and adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations on drink and food selections and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to promote responsible drinking.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food handling techniques.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a bartending role within a nightclub or bar setting, is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn.
  • Golf knowledge is a benefit, but not necessary.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently.
  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
