Job description

Lake Windsor Country Club is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and hard-working team member to join our golf operations staff.

This position is a mix of:

  • Pro shop counter service
  • Bartending
  • Golf operations/customer service

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Shows up on time
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates professionally with members and guests
  • Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
  • Can handle responsibility without needing constant supervision
Job Responsibilities
  • Checking in golfers and handling tee times
  • Running point-of-sale transactions
  • Serving beer, cocktails, and beverages
  • Stocking coolers/snacks/bar area
  • Opening and closing the golf shop
  • Assisting with outings and events
  • Keeping the golf shop and patio clean and organized
  • Helping coordinate outside operations with cart staff and bev cart staff
  • Providing excellent customer service to members and public golfers
Requirements
  • Must be 18+
  • Bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Weekend and evening availability preferred
  • Ability to stay organized and work independently
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
