What is a Manager Golang Developer?

Manager Golang Developers are professionals who combine technical expertise in the Go (Golang) programming language with leadership responsibilities. They oversee teams of Go developers, manage project timelines, and ensure the quality and efficiency of software development. In addition to coding and architectural decisions, they mentor team members, coordinate with other departments, and help align technical output with business goals. Their role requires a balance of strong programming skills and effective people management.

What are some common challenges faced by a Manager Golang Developer when leading a team of backend engineers?

As a Manager Golang Developer, one common challenge is balancing hands-on coding with managerial responsibilities such as mentoring, code reviews, and project planning.
