STATUS: Non-exempt, Hourly
HOURS: Part Time

You must be passionate about managing all aspects of administration, special projects, and secretarial duties. You must have a passion for the Calvary Chapel Parkland church body as well as our local Parkland community.

You have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relating effectively with staff, those in leadership, members of the body, and outside contacts efficiently. You are able to engage the church body with both their commendations and critiques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable with speaking in public
- Excellent computer skills and a good working knowledge of computer software (e.g. Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and office management skills
- The ability to manage and complete projects on time and follow-through efficiently
- The ability to prioritize and multitask
- The ability to employ biblical principles to resolve everyday problems
- The ability to maintain and display both compassion and firmness when ministering to the special needs of the church body
- The ability to remain calm and level headed when faced with pressing needs or injury<
