Job Position GIS Analyst III - Digital Twins & Utilities

Location: Westford, MA - Hybrid

Ready to lead a GIS team into the world of digital twins? This is the role for you.

We're looking for a senior GIS Analyst to guide our junior analysts and drive digital twin integration across the utilities sector. You'll set technical direction, manage projects, and help shape the future of facility operations and maintenance - while staying hands-on with the technology.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of GIS Analysts
  • Own project delivery for digital twin and utilities initiatives
  • Oversee migration of 3D Revit/BIM models into GIS for digital twin workflows
  • Set standards for data management across ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and 3D scenes
  • Partner with leadership, engineering, and operations to align GIS strategy with facility O&M goals

What you'll need

  • Minimum 5 years of GIS experience, including team leadership or project management
  • Technical and proposal writing experience
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro
  • Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS Online and 3D scenes
  • Familiarity with migrating 3D Revit models to GIS
  • Vision for applying digital twins to utilities and a drive to work at the cutting edge
  • Experience with ArcGIS Indoors
