What You Will Do

  • Own project delivery:Establish project objectives, develop charters and workplans, coordinate execution, track progress, manage interdependencies, and ensure delivery excellence.

  • Manage risk and financial performance:Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate portfolio and program risks; coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to improve value realization.

  • Inspire change adoption:Lead change strategies that embed new behaviors, support adoption, and ensure encouraged value realization, supported by measurable outcomes and data.

  • Communicate with impact:Develop and complete communication strategies that align with business and project objectives. Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with leaders, collaborators, team members, and external partners.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of progressively senior experience in construction, operational, project management, or transformation leadership. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required (total of 10+ years).

  • Progressive experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary portfolios, applying established project management methodologies to deliver strategic, enterprise-level outcomes.

  • Advanced financial competence with the ability to develop, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial and performance metrics to support executive decision-making and value realization.

  • Highly developed communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex data, risks, and trade-offs into clear, executive-level insights for senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage competing demands, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment.

  • Significant travel required during the project. Will require frequent travel to the project location during construction. There is a strong potential that both of the positions will be temporarily based in the Southeast United States for a three-to-four-year period, with the expectation that the employee would return to their regular office location at the conclusion of the project.

Physical Requirementsinclude but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirementsinclude but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary

  • Ranges from $114,800 to $165,000/year USD for U.S. locations, based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
