This long-term contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone experienced in building and leading scalable software solutions related to Agent Compensation and Policy Administration Systems.
You'll work closely with both business and technology teams to deliver high-quality applications, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide a team of developers through hands-on leadership and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications supporting mission-critical insurance systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across underwriting, compensation, and actuarial departments to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and design evaluations to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with standards.

- Experience in regulated environments with a focus on security, compliance, and audit-readiness.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile development teams.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automated testing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business users.
This opportunity is perfect for a technically strong, hands-on leader who thrives in enterprise-scale projects and enjoys mentoring teams while contributing to critical insurance systems
