In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you will be responsible for conducting various lab and sensory tests while working closely with plant management, employees, and customers to ensure high-quality production standards. In a Quality Control Technician job you’ll be responsible for:
  • Conducting titratable salinity, titratable acidity, pH, viscosity, and other sensory tests.
  • Performing rapid microbiological testing after training.
  • Spending part of your day on the production floor to ensure products are correctly prepared and shipped.
  • Collaborating with upper management and R&D teams.
  • Interacting with customers and assisting with other tasks as assigned by management.
What you’ll need:
  • Degree in a science field such as Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related discipline.
  • Flexibility to work both in the lab and on the production floor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
