What You'll Do Day-To-Day

The Operational Excellence Leader will drive the strategic vision for continuous improvement, safety, and operational efficiency across Framatome. This leader will champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance performance, ensure strict compliance with nuclear regulations, and foster a high-reliability culture focused on quality, safety, and cost optimization.ย ย 

ย Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Deployment:ย Develop and maintain the Annual Master Plan to drive operational goals, including leading digital transformation initiatives (process mapping and A3s).
  • Cultural Leadership:ย Build a proactive safety and efficiency culture by training and coaching teams on Quality & Continuous Improvement principles (Principles of Excellence, A3, Manager in Field, 8D, Visual Management, FMEA).
  • Performance Facilitation:ย Coach teams through flash meetings, A3 projects, FMEA facilitation, 8D event resolution, and VoC (Voice of the Customer) activities.
  • Performance Reporting:ย Track and report on Excellence System Rollout, KPIs, Master Plan status, and VOC/NPS metrics.
  • Network Integration:ย Act as the primary liaison with the Global OpEx Network to share best practices.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.ย 
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.ย  ย 
  • Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, processes, tools, techniques and criteria. ย 
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and connect with operational context. ย 
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics. ย 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. ย 
  • Ability to lead, motivate and effect change.
Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
