Pay Range: $75,160.13 to $112,740.19
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Convenience Transportation, LLC, a subsidiary of Kwik Trip, Inc., operates two Truck Maintenance Shops, located in La Crosse, WI and Deforest, WI. We moved into a new 21 bay facility during the fall of 2016. We moved into a new 10 bay facility in Deforest during the summer of 2025. Our facilities service a modern fleet which includes: 350 Power units that run 35 million miles per year, 299 Reefer trailers, 176 Petroleum tankers, 450 company automobiles as well as provides work for external fleets. Our state-of-the-art Shops are equipped with washing facilities, truck hoists and can facilitate tankers and trailers.
This position is responsible for generating and growing third-party maintenance and repair business for Fleet Services by serving as the primary sales and customer relationship representative for external accounts. The role develops new business opportunities, strengthens existing customer partnerships, promotes Fleet Services capabilities, and supports revenue growth through consultative sales and exceptional customer engagement. The position also serves as the lead expert for the company's fleet management software and digital fleet solutions, driving system effectiveness, reporting, process standardization, and technology adoption across the organization. Working closely with Fleet Services leadership, the role leverages data and technology to improve operational performance and business outcomes. In addition, this position oversees the Fleet Services Parts and Warranty functions, providing leadership for procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, and warranty recovery processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective fleet support operations.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Candidate must have 6+ years of experience in sales, fleet maintenance, parts management, shop operations or a related service environment- ensures familiarity with technician workflows,
    parts procurement, and vendor management. Preferred experience supporting or leading software implementation projects and experience in third-party service sales, customer engagement, or
    external vendor coordination.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain internal certifications related to safety, forklift operation, or shop procedures.

Preferred:
  • CDL (any class) - helpful for understanding equipment, regulations, and customer needs.
  • OEM, vendor, or industry training in:
    • Parts Systems
    • Fleet management software
    • Inventory control
    • Maintenance operations
  • Lean or continuous improvement coursework

Key Competencies:
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, technician workflows, and shop processes.
• Understanding of parts procurement, inventory control, and warranty/return processes.
• Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and safety compliance requirements.
• Understanding of data reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
