Job description

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care.

We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.

We’ve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth.

We are hiring a Growth Partner Manager to lead partner development and relationship management across Flagler Health’s referral, channel, and strategic partner ecosystem.

This role is focused on driving pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion through partnerships. Success means building trusted relationships with high-value channel partners, creating repeatable partnership motions, and turning strategic relationships into measurable revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all channel, referral, and strategic partner relationships.

  • Build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, enablement, and relationship management.

  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, events, and partner campaigns.

  • Identify, onboard, and grow new channel partners aligned with company growth goals.

  • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

  • Create scalable partnership processes, reporting systems, and operating cadences.

  • Gather market insights and identify new strategic partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles.

  • Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and growing revenue-generating partnerships in healthcare, SaaS, digital health, or high-growth startup environments.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience owning or contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred.

Our values

This is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler:

  • Persistence + ownership of outcomes: We wear many hats and aren’t afraid to run through walls to solve hard problems.

  • Personal + professional growth: We push ourselves to learn new things and embrace challenges, even if it means that we sometimes fail.

  • Don’t take things personally: We value and react quickly to constructive feedback.

  • Speed is our ally: In the fast-paced world of startups, we understand the value of moving swiftly. We thrive on the adrenaline of working rapidly.

  • Be Right: We are highly detailed oriented and try to be right, a lot.
